Camping & Shuttle Bus

 

CAMPING: Cost is £5 per adult per night (with accompanied under-18s being free-of-charge). Or, put another way, you no longer pay per camping pitch/unit, you pay per adult person.

The camping period begins Friday (from 4pm), through Saturday and Sunday. Site must be vacated by 10am Monday morning. See information sheet for manning times of Camping Office:

The Sutton Lane campsite is a sportsfield on the outskirts of town (15 mins walk) adjacent to open countryside. There is a sports changing room containing showers and toilets on site and portaloos will also be available.

BREAKFASTS/SUPPERS: at the campsite, the 2nd Middlewich Scouts will be serving breakfasts on the Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7.30 AM and suppers on the Friday and Saturday evenings from 6 PM onwards. Breakfasts will include bacon, sausage (incl vegetarian option) and/or egg rolls plus tea, coffee and fruit juice. Suppers will include hot pot, chilli and a BBQ. All at very reasonable prices!!!!

Camping may be booked in advance by downloading the Ticket Booking Form and sending a cheque in the post, or online via Paypal (see Box Office).

SHUTTLE BUS: A shuttle bus will be running between the campsite and the town centre at peak times throughout the weekend at an all-weekend cost of £6.00/pass (adults), £5.00/pass (students/pensioners — proof of eligibility required), £3.00/pass (youths 10-16). Passes will be available when registering at the campsite. For campers arriving later during the weekend, bus passes will be issued at reduced prices depending upon time of arrival. For artistes, weekend ticket holders, disabled persons and children under 10, passes will be issued free-of-charge. Here's the schedule for the shuttle bus:

  • Friday: 1700 — 0100 (Sat)
  • Saturday: 1000 — 1230 and then, 1700 — 0100 (Sun)
  • Sunday: 1030 — 1230 and then, 1700 — 2400

Please note: NO TRAVEL PASS = NO BUS TRAVEL!
