Eating out during MFAB

Now that most of the pubs have introduced a more limited menu over the MFAB weekend, it's getting harder to find a place to eat that caters for a "mixed" group (i.e. some veggie, some not).
We managed at lunchtimes with the help of the pizza-oven, but suggestions for evenings would be useful - where did *you* find to eat (on a budget!) in the evenings?

There is a Pub called the Saltcellar at the top of town on the way to the M6. Its about a 10/15 minute walk from town. It is a 2 for 1 pub and the majority of Items on the menu are within the 2 for 1 deal. The food is great and so is the atmosphere. I would reccommend it to anyone visiting th Folk and Boat festival this year.
